Digital Downloads
The Bold Press sells digital downloadable posters. No physical products are shipped. Choose A4 or A3 before payment. Receive one PDF in your selected size after successful payment. Printing and framing are arranged separately and are not included.
Returns
Once the purchased PDF has been made available for download, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, accidental selection, or choosing the wrong design or size. Please review the product preview, description and selected size before paying.
Cancellations & Refunds
If your download is inaccessible, corrupted, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and provide a working replacement or another appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law. Printing and framing are arranged separately by the customer. We do not cover third-party printing or framing costs, except where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
